The Draft Comptroller and Auditor General (Jersey) Amendment Law 202- (P.11/2026) has been lodged au Greffe by the Chief Minister and is scheduled for debate by the States Assembly on 10 March 2026.
The Proposition seeks to amend the Comptroller and Auditor General (Jersey) Law 2014 to strengthen governance, accountability and transparency of public audit in Jersey.
