How the Governance Board Works

The Board has adopted Standing Orders that govern the conduct of its business.  It has also adopted:

• a Code of Conduct that sets standards for the conduct of members of the Board;
• a Relationship Code that deals with the relationship between the Comptroller and Auditor General and the Board
