C&AG issues Certificate on Government’s 2024 Accounts

The Comptroller and Auditor General (C&AG) is responsible for giving the States of Jersey independent confirmation that Jersey’s public finances are being regulated, controlled, supervised and accounted for in line with the Public Finances (Jersey) Law 2019.

As part of this role, the C&AG, Lynn Pamment CBE has confirmed to the States Assembly that an audit of Jersey’s financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2024 has been completed.

The C&AG has issued a Certificate to this effect, stating that there are no significant issues to report or concerns to raise about the 2024 Accounts.
