About Jersey Audit Office
Jersey Audit Office (JAO) was established in 2005.
Under the Comptroller and Auditor General (Jersey) Law 2014 the remit of the C&AG includes the audit of financial statements and wider consideration of public funds including internal financial control, value for money and corporate governance.
The current C&AG is Lynn Pamment CBE who was appointed to the Post in January 2020. The Jersey Audit Office operates from de Carteret House, 7 Castle Street, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3BT.
