C&AG reappoints Forvis Mazars LLP as External Auditors to the States of Jersey

Following a competitive Tender process launched in March of this year, Comptroller and Auditor General (C&AG) Lynn Pamment CBE has announced the reappointment of Forvis Mazars LLP (Forvis Mazars) as external auditors to audit the financial statements of the States of Jersey (‘the States’) for a further five-year term.

C&AG Lynn Pamment CBE first appointed Forvis Mazars for a five year period in October 2020, following a competitive tender in her first year in Office as C&AG. She extended the term of appointment for a further year, as allowed by the contract. This new contract period covers the financial periods ending 31 December 2026 to 31 December 2030, with an option to extend for a further year.
